Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Saskatchewan. Any shipments outside of Saskatchewan are not available at this time.

Please note we can only deliver to a physical address. We are unable to deliver to the following types of addresses at this time: PO Boxes, Rural Route Addresses, site and comp addresses, land locations, and general delivery addresses.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays and Statutory holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

If you are not available during your delivery time, your order will be returned to the store and your order, with the exception of the delivery fee, will be refunded.

4. Delivery Instructions

We don’t deliver our products to minors. You must be at least 19 years old to legally order cannabis or cannabis products. You must show valid government-issued photo ID when your order is delivered. Failure to produce ID will mean that your product is returned to the store and your money refunded. We reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the cost of delivery and processing costs in cases where ID is not shown.

Please note that our delivery providers are required to view your ID and get a signature; therefore, your item cannot be left at your door.

Note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Use the Different Shipping Address if your billing address is a PO Box to ship to a street address.

What’s valid, government-issued photo ID?

This is identification issued by the government that contains your name, your photo, and your date of birth. In order to be accepted, the identification cannot be expired. Acceptable examples include:

  • Driver’s Licence
  • Photo identification card
  • Passport
  • Certificate of Canadian Citizenship (Citizenship Card) issued by Citizenship and Immigration Canada
  • Certificate of Indian Status (Status Card) or Secure Certificate of Indian Status issued by the Government of Canada
  • Firearm Possession and Acquisition Licence or Possession Only Licence issued pursuant to the Firearms Act (Canada)

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are a flat fee based on the delivery method. All orders from 5buds are subject to an ID verification fee to make sure our products are not delivered to minors. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges.
Sales tax is charged according to applicable GST and PST in Saskatchewan.

6. Damaged Items in Transport
