HIGH5 REWARDS PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: June 8, 2026

1. Purpose
   High5 Rewards Program – Synergy 5 Investments LP (O/A 5Buds Cannabis) This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when customers enroll in or participate in High5 Rewards.
2. Information We Collect
   We may collect:
   • Name
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Date of birth
   • Preferred store location
   • Loyalty account information
   • Purchase history and transaction data
   • Communication preferences
   • Customer service interactions
3. How We Use Information
   Information may be used to:
   • Administer the High5 Rewards Program
   • Track points and rewards activity
   • Provide account updates
   • Send marketing communications where consent has been provided
   • Improve customer experience
   • Analyze program performance
   • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
4. Marketing Communications
   Members may receive promotional emails, SMS messages, and program notifications if consent is provided. Members may unsubscribe at any time through the methods provided in each communication.
5. Information Sharing
   We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with:
   • Loyalty platform providers
   • Marketing service providers
   • Technology vendors
   • Government or regulatory authorities where required by law

   All service providers are required to maintain appropriate safeguards.

6. Data Security
   We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
7. Access and Correction
   Members may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting: privacy@5buds.ca
8. Changes
   This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The most current version will be available through High5 Rewards channels.

HIGH5 REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: June 8, 2026

1. Eligibility
   • Must be 19 years of age or older.
   • Must be legally permitted to purchase cannabis in Saskatchewan.
   • One account per individual.
   • Employees may be subject to separate program rules.
2. Membership
   Enrollment in High5 Rewards is free. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
3. Earning Points
   Members earn points through visits to 5Buds Cannabis Locations. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Points may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or exchanged.
4. Redeeming Points
   Points may be redeemed only through available rewards offered within the Program. Reward values and redemption requirements may change without notice. Rewards are subject to availability.
5. Reward Levels
   Current reward levels include:
   

   Points	Reward
   400	5% Reward Voucher
   900	10% Reward Voucher
   1900	25% Reward Voucher

   5 Buds Cannabis reserves the right to modify reward levels, values, or eligibility requirements at any time.

6. Expiry of Points
   Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Account activity includes:
   • Earning points 
   • Redeeming points 
   • Provide account updates
   • Completing a qualifying transaction
   • Logging into the loyalty account

   Expired points cannot be reinstated. Members will receive reasonable notice prior to point expiration where contact information is available.

7. Reward Voucher Expiry
   Redeemed reward vouchers expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers will not be replaced or reissued.
8. Program Changes
   5 Buds Cannabis may:
   • Modify Program rules 
   • Change earning structures 
   • Adjust reward levels 
   • Suspend promotions 
   • Terminate the Program 

   Changes become effective when posted.

9. Fraud and Abuse
   5 Buds Cannabis may suspend or terminate accounts if:
   • Fraudulent activity is detected
   • Multiple accounts are created by the same individual
   • Program misuse occurs 
   • Terms are violated 

   Any associated points may be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability
    5 Buds Cannabis is not responsible for:
    • Technical errors 
    • Lost points due to system failures
    • Delayed communications 
    • Unauthorized account access
11. Privacy
    Participation in High5 Rewards is subject to the High5 Rewards Privacy Policy
